Overnight Sky Watching Session is usually arranged on a Saturday close to New moon every month, just 40 km away from Pune at Manali Agro Farms, Naigaion, Nasrapur.

Non Members : Rs.850/- per head
Members : Rs.750/- per head
Transport : Rs.425/- (Optional. Self Transport can be availed)
The above charges are final, and include the site-charges, dinner, tea and evening snacks.

07.00 pm to 08.00 pm Telescopic viewing of planets, galaxies or nebulae
08.00 pm to 09.30 pm Unaided eye stargazing (Introduction to constellations, stars and Nakshatras, etc.)
09.30 pm to 10.30 pm Dinner
10.30 pm to 11.30 pm Telescopic viewing of planets, galaxies or nebulae
11.30 pm to 01.00 am Unaided eye star gazing
01.00 am to 01.15 am Tea
01.15 am to 01.45 am Astro-movies / Slide show
01.45 am to 02.15 am Telescopic viewing of planets, galaxies or nebulae
02.15 am to 03.45 am Astrogames / Introduction to planetarium software
03.45 am to 04.30 am Unaided eye star gazing

FAQs
Is it full night event? Yes, from dusk to dawn.
What do I do if I have requested transport from JVP? Please reach the pickup point at Shalimar Furniture (Map Link - [Click here]) next to Laxmi Narayan Theatre, near Swargate, by 4:15 pm on day of the event. You will be dropped at same place on next day morning.
What should I do if I am reaching venue by my own? Map for Venue can be accessed using this link. Kindly reach before 18.30 hours. Have a safe journey.
Is it cold & Do I need to wear shoes? Yes
Is there place to sleep? Yes but you have to get your sleeping mat. But we will try our level best to keep you awake and busy whole night.
Do we need to bring food? Hi-tea and dinner will be provided (charges included), but keep some dry snacks with you.
What if there is bad weather? We have Plan B activities ready. However, the fees will not be refunded.
Is there mobile phone range on site? Yes.
At what time JVP vehicle will leave from Pickup point? 4:30 pm. Late comers will not get refund.
