Study circle was active in the Parisanstha. Discussion with experimental demonstration, photographs, charts, maps, data books and different items of equipment used in astronomical and astrophysical work were arranged by Dr. M. W. Chipalunkar in the University Department of Physics. Various topics in astronomy and astrophysics were dealt with.
